A3S Packers & Movers – Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms :
By booking or using the services of A3S Packers & Movers, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations & Pricing :
– All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer or a pre-move survey.
– Final charges may vary if the quantity of goods or service requirements change.
– Applicable GST, tolls, parking charges, and other statutory charges, if any, will be charged separately unless otherwise mentioned.
3. Booking & Payment:
– Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
– The remaining payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Packing & Transportation:
– A3S Packers & Movers will use industry-standard packing materials to protect goods during transit.
– Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
– Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses and disclose all items for transportation.
– Cash, jewellery, important documents, valuables, explosives, hazardous materials, and prohibited goods should not be included in the shipment unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Insurance:
– Transit insurance is optional and available at an additional cost.
– Claims for loss or damage are subject to the terms of the insurance policy and applicable laws.
7. Claims :
– Any loss, damage, or shortage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and documents.
– Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
8. Cancellation & Refund
– Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled pickup.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or operational charges.
9. Limitation of Liability :
– A3S Packers & Movers shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, accidents, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
– The company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law and the agreed service contract.
10. Website & Intellectual Property
– All content, logos, trademarks, text, images, and graphics on the A3S Packers & Movers website are the exclusive property of the company.
– Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy:
– Customer information is used solely for providing services and customer support.
– Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for service execution.
12. Amendments :
A3S Packers & Movers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction :
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the registered office of A3S Packers & Movers is located.
